Our add on sale is today June 19, 9am pacific time. Some items are first come, first served, as these items are limited. Any events that are Print Out only, PLEASE read carefully, before you write your check and mail them in. You can combine the items into one check, and for multiple people.. ie.., Two Bingos and 1 Poker for Two People can be on ONE CHECK / MONEYORDER.
If you are purchasing for multiple people, please remember to email us the information... Names and what was purchased for them. We will use their name to enter their items if you haven't recieved your ticket numbers yet.

This sale is through the BUTTON on the website, this is NOT a direct to Email Address sale. Any payments received BEFORE this date/time or direct payment will be REFUNDED. All confirmations should be out by May 26, 2023. Tickets will be $85 per ticket through PayPal only. Please keep your purchases to no more than three tickets. We MUST have ALL information for each ticket by Friday May 19, if not recived, all tickets will be refunded.

The 35th Annual Hot Wheels® Collectors Convention will be held at the Marriott Los Angeles Airport Hotel in Los Angeles, CA, October 6 – October 10, 2021. Make plans now to attend this exciting event with the most serious, most FUN-loving people in collecting! Scheduled activities MAY include room-to-room trading throughout the week, charity events (including auction), downhill racing, Sizzlers® races and a Hot Wheels® toy show on Sunday (also open to the public; rent a table and sell your extras!). None of the events, with the exception of the Sunday Toy Show, at the Convention are open to the public; participation in any/all events requires a ticket.
You must be present to receive your car.(NO EXCEPTIONS!) If you purchase a ticket and do NOT attend the Convention, we will NOT mail anything to you. You MUST attend the show to pick up your items. Only in the event of a Government shutdown will anything be mailed out.

We are FINALLY back home from the Nationals.... Unfortunately, our pallets have not yet arrived, so we are AGAIN in a Hurry Up and Wait mode... As soon as they arrive we will work on the preordered items for those unable to attend the show in Atlanta!
Having said that...
If you have already mailed in your CONVENTION registration, YOU are now in a WAIT mode as well. We will NOT be touching them, other than to put them in boxes to be tended to, AFTER the Nationals are finalized... That will more than likely be late next week... Please do NOT email us and ask us to make sure YOUR envelope arrived... We want to take care of First things First... The Newsletter jumped a little bit earlier then we anticipated... So, sorry about that!!!

If you haven’t heard, unfortunately, the 34th Hot Wheels Convention has been cancelled. There will be no official Convention Events at the hotel.
We did send an email out to everyone with a ticket on Friday night. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder or promotions folder in gmail. If you don’t find it, email us and we will verify your email address for any upcoming Convention information emails.
If you have a room reservation at the hotel it is still in effect. The hotel is open for tourism. You can call them directly, at 310-641-5700, to change or cancel your reservation.
We are working on plans to get all preordered items out to everyone, and to set up the best plan for us to have the souvenir sales. Give us a few days to get everything set up...

The 34th Annual Hot Wheels Collectors Convention is officially Sold Out!!!
Due to current CDC and Los Angeles County Public Health rules and regulations, that Collectors Events Unlimited, LLC and the Marriott Corp. must abide by, we have had to limit the number of tickets we can offer. That being said... tickets were officially sold out on June 10. If your envelope was received after that date, it will be returned to sender.
We've worked closely with the hotel to increase our numbers and because of the overwhelming response for tickets we have exceeded that number.

You must be present to receive your car.(NO EXCEPTIONS!) If you purchase a ticket and do NOT attend the Convention, we will NOT mail anything to you. You MUST attend the show to pick up your items. Only in the event of a Government shutdown will anything be mailed out.

There have been many inquiries as to what you actually get with your Convention ticket. Here is a list of what your ticket gets you at the Convention...
1. Registration goodie bag and official Convention badge/ticket
2. Opportunity to purchase add on events like Mattel Designer Dinner, vending sessions, matched sets, charity events...
3. Opportunity to purchase official Convention souvenir cars... limited to three of each car per person through Sat. at noon...
4. Welcome reception, with food and raffles for those in attendance.
5. Autograph sessions with Mattel designers and other special guests
6. Attendance to the Seminars for collecting, customizing, redlines, blackwalls, insuring collection, steering rigs, etc...
7. Charity live auction, benefiting Make A Wish of Greater Los Angeles
8. Participation in the Downhill and Sizzlers races for fun and trophys
9. Participation in the Custom car show and contest
10. Participation in the Drawing and coloring contest (adults and children)
11. The Finale with finale car (YOU must be there to pick up YOUR OWN car on Saturday night, you CANNOT pick up someone elses car!)
12. Early entry to Sunday Toy show
13. Meeting and making friends with Hot Wheels® collectors form all around the world. Great family fun.
14. Participating in room to room throughout the host hotel...
This ticket is good for the entire week... Hope it helps....
Wearing your badge lets the Hotel staff and Security know you are part of the event.
